Target Audience: New MSD Teachers, building assessment coordinators, special education teachers working with alternate assessment

Learning the ins and outs of the Alternate Kentucky Summative Assessment (AKSA) can be overwhelming! Join us in-person as we break down the process for teachers who are new to this testing system. In the morning, we will discuss timelines, materials, attainment tasks, AKSA focus targets and alignment, KDE created resources, and teaching resources created by state low incidence consultants. If you are a high school teacher, stay for our afternoon session which will focus on post-secondary transition and readiness within the AKSA system.
