Target Audience: middle school and high school special education teachers who work with students on post-secondary transition, ARC chairpersons

Do you work with middle school or high school special education students on post-secondary transition? Then, this session is for you! This session will provide a refresher on the components of Indicator 13. Participants will also learn about the different online tools to assist with post-secondary transition planning.
