Improvement requires change. There’s just no way around it. As leaders, our job is to collect input from stakeholders, develop a shared plan that everyone can agree on, and then get to work! But how many times have you looked around after a few months of implementation to discover that some of the staff isn’t implementing the system we all agreed to implement?  In this session, participants will gain the valuable tools needed to overcome the challenge of Vocal Opposers, Polite Non-Starters, and Quiet Quitters – and ignite the motivation for change.
