Join us for a  6-hour in-person training that will explore the powerful connection between reading and writing in developing proficient writers. This session will provide educators with practical, research-driven strategies for integrating reading and writing instruction to deepen students’ understanding of language and improve their writing skills. Participants will learn how to use reading as a tool for writing development, explore techniques for fostering critical thinking, and discover ways to create meaningful writing assignments that engage students at all levels. By the end of the day, you’ll walk away with a toolkit of strategies to strengthen your students’ reading and writing abilities and support their growth as confident, capable writers.
