Unlock a deeper understanding of Emotional Behavioral Disturbance (EBD) eligibility and how to best support students who struggle with emotional and behavioral challenges. This full-day, in-person training (8:30 AM – 3:30 PM) will guide educators through Kentucky’s EBD eligibility criteria, key assessment considerations, and best practices for supporting students identified under this category. Walk away with the knowledge and tools to advocate for and implement effective strategies that foster a positive and supportive learning environment for students with EBD.
