This book study challenges participants to rethink transition as a system of preparation—not a single IEP page. Through guided discussion and practical application, we will analyze what strong transition planning looks like in action and how to align assessment, measurable postsecondary goals, annual goals, SDI, and community connections into one coherent pathway.

This experience is designed for teams ready to:

• Strengthen student-led IEP practices

• Improve Indicator 13 compliance and quality

• Align transition goals to real graduation pathways

• Build sustainable partnerships with families and agencies

• Shift from “complete the form” to “prepare the student”

Participants will apply learning directly to active student cases throughout the study and books will be provided.  Virtual book study.  9-11am.
