Social communication interventions are an often overlooked piece of the puzzle that is educating students with autism. Join us as we discover how teachers can promote the development of social communication skills in autistic learners. Communication interventions aren’t just for SLPs! Practical ways to apply these interventions in a resource room or general education classroom will be discussed. Participants will receive two hours of professional development credit for completing this session. Contact claire.johnson@ckec.org with any questions.
