This online Professional Development is meant to support a practical understanding of Mindfulness in school.  Research shows that “relaxed students learn better and relaxed teachers teach better”.  In this session participants will explore research around mindfulness for students and staff, build a toolkit full of strategies for reducing stress in the classroom and leave with ready to implement ideas.  

 We will be addressing the high level practices, #1, 4, 7. 8, 9 & 18
