6/17/2024-Moving from Self-Care to Community-Care

We're sorry, but all tickets sales have ended because the event is expired.

There are no upcoming dates for this event.

Target Audience: District Leadership, School Leadership, School Mental Health Providers (School Counselors, School Psychologists, School Social Workers, School Nurses)

A lot of emphasis has been placed on self-care over the years. While setting boundaries, emotional self-awareness, and cultivating resilience in ourselves is important, moving those same ideas into our systems to create communities of care is where the true healing will take place. Spend 3 hours in this face to face  workshop learning how you can create and advocate for a community of care in your space using resources created by Elena Aguilar. Participants will receive a copy of “Onward:Cultivating Emotional Resilience in Educators” and “The Onward Workbook: Daily Activities to Cultivate your Emotional Resilience and Thrive” both by Elena Aguilar.

Presenter would like to communicate with participants prior to the training to create a learning event that meets all learning needs. Please ensure your summer contact information is up to date when you register.
