Target Audience: Administrators and Instructional Coaches

During this 2 hour virtual  session, participants will receive an overview of what it takes to implement the initial components of a systems approach to continuous improvement as the most efficient and effective way to improve classroom learning results.

Expected Outcomes: 

• A reason for using a systems approach to continuous improvement in a classroom learning system.

• A clear picture of how continuous improvement principles and practices connect to many of the other initiatives and/or practices that are already expected to be implemented.

• Question & Answer Opportunity
