When students escalate, adult reactions can either calm the situation or make it worse. This training helps educators recognize the stages of behavioral escalation and respond in ways that prevent situations from intensifying. Participants will explore how adult responses influence student behavior and learn practical de escalation strategies. Educators will leave with tools to reduce power struggles and support students in returning to a calm, ready to learn state.
6 PD/EILA Hours will be provided for the training.
