The behaviors we pay attention to are often the behaviors that grow. This training explores how reinforcement shapes student behavior and how intentional use of reinforcement can increase positive behaviors in the classroom. Participants will learn how to identify meaningful reinforcers and use reinforcement strategically to strengthen desired behaviors. Educators will leave with practical strategies for improving behavior and classroom climate.
