Giving students the opportunity to be an active participant in his or her IEP meeting has amazing benefits which include increased self-advocacy skills and enhanced student motivation.  This session will provide steps and resources to get even the youngest students involved in their meetings.  This training is a hybrid training. There will be a self paced component as well as a virtual trainer led component.  Self paced  materials will be sent to participants by July 7, 2020. The link to the virtual trainer led component will be sent by the morning of July 14. The virtual component will take place at 9:30 on July 14.  At the conclusion of the trainer led portion participants will receive a certificate for 3 hours of credit. Please contact Christina Krantz at christina.krantz@ckec.org if you have any questions.
