Target Audience: Special education teachers, ARC chairs, staff who work with middle and high school students on post-secondary transition.

This is a repeat of the March 10, 2020 session. Do you work with middle school or high school special education students on post-secondary transition? Then, this session is for you! This session will provide a refresher on the components of Indicator 13. Participants will also learn about some new resources to assist with post-secondary transition planning.
