Anger is a natural, healthy emotion, However, it can get out of control when triggered and the individual does not have strategies to de-escalate or self-regulate their own emotions.  Anger is a common response to frustration or threatening experiences.  Learning to control anger can limit the emotional damage.   Tools and techniques can help people come to terms with anger triggers and respond in more healthy ways.  We will explore the steps a person can take to help self-regulate their anger.
