Target Audience: District and School Leadership/MTSS Teams

This training will focus on creating, building, and sustaining an effective Multi-tiered Prevention System for academics, behavior, and integrated school mental health. Participants will gain an understanding of the essential components of the KYMTSS Framework and effective implementation at the district and building level. The components include equitable opportunity and access, multi-tiered delivery systems, problem solving teams, data-based decision making, evidence-based instruction and intervention and family, school and community partnerships. Teams will be encouraged to participate in future Regional MTSS Network events, have opportunities to work with specialists during team time, and request district coaching around MTSS.
