Target Audience: middle and high school special education teachers, alternative school staff, and any others who work with students on post-secondary transition

Helping students with disabilities prepare for life after high school can be overwhelming. This session can help! In this two hour virtual session, we will look at each subcomponent of Indicator 13 and explore resources for each of them. We will also spend time exploring additional transition related resources.
